  12. I am the owner of one of the original Microcom Deskporte ES modems with
  13. V.FC.  I am presently seeking to upgrade my modem to V.34 as the company
  14. promised me that I could when I purchased it.

  16. Question #1:
  17. Does anyone still have the information required for the upgrade?  (who to
  18. contact and any other details)

  20. Question #2:
  21. Has anyone who has made the upgrade found that the modem performance has 
  22. been degraded at all when compared to its usage originally.  I suppose I
  23. am one of the few people who had almost no problems when I used the Microcom
  24. ES since USC had Deskporte rackmount units.
